Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By submitting your affiliate details, receiving an affiliate link, or otherwise participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to these Affiliate Terms. Save 5 Hours Per Week ("Company," "we," "us") reserves the right to accept or decline any affiliate at its sole discretion.

These Affiliate Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the Program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To join the Program, you must submit your contact details and intended promotional channels to Save 5 Hours Per Week via the contact form at https://save5hours.ai/contact. Indicate "Affiliate Program" in your message.

Upon review, we will issue you a unique affiliate link via PromoteKit. There is no lengthy approval process, but we reserve the right to decline or revoke participation for any reason, including but not limited to promotional methods that conflict with these terms or that could harm the Save 5 Hours Per Week brand.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to participate.

Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link generated through PromoteKit. Conversions are tracked via a first-click attribution model with a 60-day cookie window. If a referred visitor purchases a qualifying product within 60 days of clicking your link, the sale is attributed to you.

You may not modify, obscure, or misrepresent your affiliate link. You may not use link cloaking in a manner that hides the destination from the end user or violates any applicable platform policy.

Tracking accuracy depends on the visitor's browser settings, cookie acceptance, and other technical factors. Save 5 Hours Per Week is not responsible for untracked conversions resulting from ad blockers, private browsing, or other user-side conditions.

Commission rates are subject to change with reasonable notice to active affiliates. Changes will not apply retroactively to sales already completed prior to the effective date of the change.

Commissions are calculated on the net collected amount, excluding taxes, fees, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and any non-qualifying transactions.

Commissions apply to qualifying Save 5 Hours package purchases made by customers referred through your affiliate link within the 60-day cookie window. Qualifying products include the $997 Workflow Review and any other packages designated as qualifying by Save 5 Hours Per Week at the time of purchase.

The following transactions do not qualify for commission:

• Self-referrals: purchases made by the Affiliate themselves or by entities controlled by the Affiliate
• Purchases by existing customers who have previously purchased through the site without an affiliate referral
• Purchases that are subsequently refunded, disputed, or subject to chargeback
• Purchases made outside the 60-day cookie window
• Purchases that cannot be attributed to a valid affiliate link due to technical tracking failure
• Purchases made under promotional codes or discounts not authorized for affiliate use

Commissions are paid monthly. Payouts are processed for the prior calendar month's completed, non-reversed commissions. There is no minimum payout threshold.

Payouts are made via Wise or PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Save 5 Hours Per Week is not responsible for misdirected payments resulting from incorrect information provided by the Affiliate.

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or withholding obligations applicable to commissions you receive. Save 5 Hours Per Week does not withhold taxes on behalf of Affiliates and will provide documentation as required by applicable law.

Commissions are held for a minimum of 30 days after the sale date to allow for the refund window before being released for payout.

If a reversal results in a negative balance in your affiliate account, Save 5 Hours Per Week may offset that balance against future earned commissions before issuing any payout.

Fraudulent or suspicious activity associated with referred purchases may result in commission reversal and termination of your affiliate account.

As an Affiliate, you agree not to:

• Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any communication that violates applicable law including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL
• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Save 5 Hours products, results, or guarantees
• Guarantee specific outcomes or results on behalf of Save 5 Hours
• Self-refer or refer entities you control to generate commissions
• Use the Save 5 Hours name, logo, or brand assets without written authorization
• Represent yourself as an employee, agent, partner, or official representative of Save 5 Hours
• Promote your affiliate link through coupon sites, deal sites, or cashback platforms without prior written approval
• Bid on 'Save 5 Hours,' 'save5hours.ai,' or confusingly similar branded search terms in paid search advertising without written approval
• Use paid social or display advertising to promote your affiliate link without prior written approval
• Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other fraudulent tracking manipulation
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or platform terms of service in connection with your promotional activities

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

You may refer to Save 5 Hours by name in your promotional content for the purpose of describing the product you are recommending. You may not use the Save 5 Hours logo, wordmark, or other brand assets without express written permission.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content in compliance with applicable guidelines, including the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255) where applicable. A clear statement such as "I earn a commission if you purchase through my link" is sufficient.

All promotional content must be accurate, not misleading, and consistent with the actual features and terms of Save 5 Hours products.

By participating in the Program, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into these Affiliate Terms
• Your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not engage in any conduct that could harm the reputation or business of Save 5 Hours
• All information you provide to Save 5 Hours is accurate and complete
• You will promptly update your contact and payment information if it changes

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Save 5 Hours Per Week may terminate your affiliate account immediately and without notice for violation of these Affiliate Terms, fraudulent activity, conduct harmful to the brand, or any other reason at its sole discretion.

Upon termination, your affiliate link will be deactivated. Commissions earned on valid, completed, non-reversed sales prior to termination will be paid in the next regular payout cycle, subject to the refund hold period. Commissions on sales that are subsequently refunded or reversed will not be paid.

Commissions forfeited due to prohibited conduct will not be paid regardless of termination timing.

Save 5 Hours Per Week may modify the commission rate, cookie duration, qualifying products, payout schedule, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email to active affiliates or by posting updated terms at https://save5hours.ai/affiliate-terms.

Continued participation after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a modification, you may terminate your participation by notifying us at support@save5hours.ai.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Save 5 Hours Per Week. You have no authority to bind Save 5 Hours Per Week to any agreement or obligation. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, or partnership relationship.

You are solely responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and compliance with applicable laws in connection with your participation in the Program.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Save 5 Hours Per Week shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program or these Affiliate Terms, including but not limited to lost commissions, lost profits, or loss of business opportunity.

The total liability of Save 5 Hours Per Week to any Affiliate under these Affiliate Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the three months preceding the claim.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Affiliate Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
