Methodology

A focused review of one workflow your business needs to run better.

The Workflow Review is a 60-minute working conversation followed by a written decision record. It is built to show where a repeated process is slowing people down and what should change first.

The sequence

The review follows the work, rather than starting with a tool.

01 · Agree on one workflow

Start with a bounded operating problem.

Before the call, we agree on the workflow to examine. It might be client intake, change-order handoffs, report preparation, recurring customer questions, or another repeated process. The review is designed around that one agreed workflow, rather than a vague tour of every system in the business.

02 · Review the work as it happens

Trace the steps, handoffs, and judgment calls.

During the 60-minute review call, we map the current sequence: who starts the work, what information moves between people or systems, where work waits, what gets repeated, and where an owner or specialist must make a decision.

03 · Separate the signal from the noise

Find work that is ready to change.

The analysis distinguishes repetitive execution from real judgment. We look for missing ownership, repeated data entry, unclear intake, scattered source material, handoffs that create rework, and approval points that are slowing routine work.

04 · Receive a practical decision record

Get a written report in five business days.

The report records the workflow examined, friction points found, capacity assumptions, recommendations in priority order, tool or process considerations where relevant, and the next practical action. It is a decision document, not an implementation contract.

What you receive

A record you can use to decide what happens next.

The report does not pretend that every recurring task belongs in software. It gives you a practical basis for deciding what to standardize, delegate, automate, or keep under human judgment.

Read the human-review standard
  • The agreed workflow and the boundary of the review
  • Observed bottlenecks, repeated tasks, and handoff problems
  • Capacity assumptions behind any time-recovery estimate
  • Recommended changes, ordered by likely value and practical effort
  • Tool and automation considerations only after the process is clear
  • A short list of first actions for the owner or team

Clear boundaries

Useful analysis needs a defined lane.

Included

Operational workflow analysis, process mapping, prioritization, capacity assumptions, and practical recommendations.

Your role

Provide the context, decide what to share, confirm the workflow boundary, and choose which recommendations to act on.

Our role

Analyze the agreed workflow and return a clear written decision record. Recommendations do not obligate you to buy a tool or change a process.

The guarantee is about the review finding a real opportunity.

If the report identifies fewer than five recoverable hours per week, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, subject to the Terms of Service. Actual results depend on the changes you choose to implement.
